2. Return & Refund Process
Step 1: Request a Return
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Step 2: Ship Your Return
Once your return is approved:

Securely package the item, including all original packaging and tags.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed.
3. Specific Return & Refund Scenarios
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@jasperfit.store. Include a detailed description of the damage, along with photos. We will arrange for a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Item Received
If we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@jasperfit.store. We will provide instructions on returning the incorrect item at no cost to you and send the correct item or issue a refund.
Item Not Received
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, check the tracking details sent to you. If the tracking shows the item is lost or undelivered, please contact us at support@jasperfit.store. We will investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
Cancellation After Placing an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@jasperfit.store within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
Order Refused or Undeliverable
If you refuse a delivery or the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the shipping cost for the return may be deducted from your refund. Please ensure your shipping information is correct when placing your order.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
